Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

Philippa (sales progression) brought an air of calmness to what can be a very stressful process and handled challenges in a way that was fair to both sides. Lisa went over and above to let us view the property when we wanted and even popped over to help us out on move in day. I would definitely use Alan de maid in future

30th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Absolutely first class service, if I had another house to sell, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.<br>Completely professional, very friendly, and a team that works really well together.<br>We have just completed a difficult and drawn out house sale, but the individuals at Waghorns were incredibly tenacious, part of their success coming from being really personable and helpful to both sides, as well as keeping solicitors on the ball.<br>They take a genuine interest in the client and, despite any difficulty, are reliable and fun to work with. Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
