From the very first conversation she was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.<br><br>Tippi clearly knows the local area well and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. The property was well presented, and she highlighted the key features (the modern fitted kitchen and the en-suite to the principal bedroom) without any hard sell. Communication was excellent throughout .she was quick to respond, clear with information, and made arranging a viewing completely straightforward.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable and reliable she was. Buying or renting can be stressful, but Tippi made the process feel easy and well-managed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in St Pauls Cray or the surrounding area. We Couldn't Have Asked for Better! ??????<br><br>Now that we've officially exchanged contracts, it's the perfect time to say a huge thank you to the incredible team at Langford Russell.<br><br>Selling a house is never straightforward, and there were definitely moments when we wondered if we'd ever get to the finish line! But from the day our house went on the market to the day we exchanged contracts, the service we received was nothing short of exceptional.<br><br>A very special thank you to the amazing Sophie and Louise you have both been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process—always professional, reassuring, honest and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you were always there to answer our endless questions, keep us updated and, most importantly, keep us sane! I'm sure you had plenty of other clients, but you always made us feel like we were your priority.<br>A big thank you also to Oliver, and the rest of the team who played such an important part in helping us sell our home. 25th May 2016 (10 years ago)We found Kings Sevenoaks very helpful from the start of the process with them. As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
