Flat was sold in the first few days!<br><br>Richard was highly professional and was incredibly helpful to cater for my needs and timelines. The photography and marketing materials were to an exceptional standard.<br><br>Libby has been amazing throughout the whole process with her updates and fast communication. Incredibly helpful, quick and efficient.<br><br>100% recommend.

Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

22nd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood, particularly with Anne Underdown, was very disappointing. Throughout the purchase process, communication was poor, updates were often delayed, and we frequently felt misled or unnecessarily kept waiting.<br><br>Despite the seller being genuinely motivated to complete the sale and progress matters quickly, we saw very little proactive support from the agency to help move things forward. Instead of helping coordinate between parties and reduce delays, the process often felt slower and more frustrating because of the lack of clear communication and follow-up.<br><br>As buyers, we were consistently chasing for updates ourselves, while dealing with unclear or sometimes contradictory information. Buying a house is already stressful, especially as first-time buyers in the UK, and we expected far better support, transparency and professionalism from the estate agent.<br><br>Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in communication, honesty and proactive case management.

She would always come back to us on the same day and be chasing updates for us when we didn’t ask. 29th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

25th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.

17th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.

They gave us honest, knowledgeable advice, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were involved in every decision.
