Tabby and the team kept us informed every step and I would like to thank them for their patience as it wasn't an easy sell (no fault of theirs!) My only regret is that it's taken so long for me to write this review! Please use them to sell/buy your home - lovely people!
11th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)RR Cleckheaton have been supporting me well for a number of years. Problems do arise from time to time, and I can rely upon Chloe and team for support when I call upon them. I am an oversea Landlord, so the backup is vital.
5th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I arranged a viewing through this agency and was told I would receive a text and email confirming the details and location. Neither arrived. When I called back on the day of the viewing, no one answered. A complete waste of my time — poor communication and a lack of basic follow-through. Would not recommend.

The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent, or let a property in the Bradford area.
28th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.
10th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.
