2nd Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)From start to finish, the rental team, Mark, Ellenie and Chris were so professional, supportive and helpful. Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

They stood out because they weren’t pushy at all — they simply provided the information and waited for me to contact them in my own time.Viewings were organised smoothly, and feedback was always passed on quickly. Communication with Kelly, Jodie, and Victoria has been excellent throughout; they’re responsive, down?to?earth, and explain everything in plain English, breaking down any jargon so you always know exactly what’s happening.<br>I had a couple of offers that didn’t work out, but the team were supportive and gave clear advice on how to move forward. During the final sale, their communication remained consistently strong — keeping me updated and answering any questions I had straight away.Such a friendly, professional, and genuinely approachable team. From start to finish, he made the sale of my home feel as smooth and stress free as possible.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout. He always returned my calls, kept me updated, and was proactive in getting things moving whenever something needed sorting. Having someone who genuinely keeps you informed makes such a difference during what can be a stressful process.<br><br>Henry was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. Would highly recommend and would use them again when needed.
29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)After quite an unimpressive start with another estate agent we decided to give Watson’s a try.<br>The difference was immense! We’d met Wayne when we had gone to view a property. During our valuation, He instantly impressed us with his knowledgeable approach to the property, area and local amenities. His friendly attitude put us at ease immediately. His enthusiasm and guidance was so positive and he gave his time with no added pressure to make any decisions on the spot.<br>When we decided to list we popped into the office to finalise the details, Ellie was the person who looked after us initially, but the vibe in there was completely opposite to what we’d previously experienced with the other agent! Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was so positive! Monica deserves a mention as she did a fabulous job showcasing our property with her outstanding photos. A few days later, our property went ‘live’ at 9 am, by 2PM IT HAD SOLD! Amazing!<br>During the whole process everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and kind, no question or enquiry too much trouble, kept us informed and up to date during the whole process and very importantly proactive not just reactive, they made our sale and experience happen through their hard work!<br>Today we look forward to another chapter in our life story, but we couldn’t have done it without you, and for that we will be eternally grateful. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
