Sadly, I have to mark the overall performance down due to people showing clients around the property disclosing the reserve price of the auction, which should not have been done. I am extremely grateful for Smart Homes communication and due diligence in the process and I must praise Simon. for his dedication and experience of the properties market in the Solihull area.

From start to finish, the team have been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They kept us fully up to date throughout the whole process, made everything run smoothly and took the stress out of selling our house.<br><br>A big shout out to the whole team at Arden, especially Olly Mellor and Sunny Singh, who have both been absolutely excellent from beginning to end. Their communication, professionalism and support have been second to none, and we really appreciate everything they’ve done for us.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Arden Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their home. 6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.

We really appreciated the team's efforts in keeping everyone updated, chasing progress and helping to move things forward whenever issues came up.<br><br>Communication was always important to us, and we felt the team genuinely cared about getting the sale across the finish line.<br><br>A big thank you to everyone at Oakman for helping us successfully complete our sale!
