Edit- The attached is the current situation at an Eddisons property on Swan Street. Eddisons 'do not wish to spend such sums' on a BIN so there are overflowing bins all around the entrance, bags being torn open by animals and residents can't open ground floor windows as it lets flies in. Eddison's suggestion? I'll send emails asking people to keep rubbish in their flats until before bin day, and people don't as they want rubbish out of their homes. So the rubbish in the street. No lack of urgency or rigour in response. Eddisons response below is 'I suggest you contact your landlord.' The 'landlord' response is 'we do not represent all parties so we cannot do anything regarding the shared areas which is up to Eddisons.'
