If we needed to ask the seller anything, we had an answer within 10 minutes via the team. Really nice to know there would always be a reliable and reassuring person to contact during a confusing process! Highly recommend.

Her communication has been excellent from start to finish, always keeping us updated and answering any questions quickly and clearly. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions, and Anne was always incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making us feel like we were asking too much. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt supported throughout the process. She worked incredibly fast, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. It is a very difficult housing market at the moment but the girls were with us every step of the way , even though it took 18 months to sell our house .<br><br>So pleased we got there in the end but the reason we did was down to<br>their professionalism and excellent support and care from Bev, Trinity, Lisa and Sam . A really quality based service.

On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Initially we enquired about a property but unfortunately had just had an offer accepted, however they recommended an upcoming property and we booked in a viewing. From the first viewing the staff were personable and friendly helping answer any questions we had. We offered on the house and got accepted, from there Steph was essential through the process, setting up a WhatsApp and being there to answer any questions. The whole process was smooth and stressless. Steph also recommended a solicitor as well as other local businesses through out the process. Definitely a great experience being first time buyers! Thanks Steph for everything! Can't wait to share some photos of our home once we do a bit of DIY ?????? Thanks again Steph and the ewe move team!
21st Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
