From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
11th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

The team at Knight Frank were extremely supportive through the whole process. They were accessible, professional and empathetic. We are particularly grateful to Sam Burston and Michelle Wilmot for their active roles and prompt communication. Sam did a wonderful job striking a balance between acting for the vendors and taking our needs into consideration. It is easy to see that he loves his job. Thank you very much for making our dream real!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Everyone we had contact with was friendly and professional and they always kept in contact regularly. They were recommended to me by a happy customer and they didn't disappoint. I will highly recommend them to anyone contemplating selling a house.

The referencing was quick and easy, and Charlotte has kept me informed every step of the way. This is my 3rd time renting, and by far the quickest and easiest process I’ve experienced. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.

24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency while attempting to purchase a property. I viewed a property prior to it being marketed and made an offer shortly after, which was verbally accepted. Following the agent’s advice, I promptly contacted my mortgage advisor and solicitor and provided the requested documentation, including a mortgage in principle. However, communication became limited during the process, and I was not informed that other offers were being actively considered. I later found out that the property had been offered to another buyer without being given the opportunity to revise my offer. I understand that agents have a duty to continue marketing a property until a proceedable offer is confirmed, and that vendors ultimately choose the buyer. However, clearer and more timely communication would have made a significant difference and allowed me to respond appropriately. This was particularly disappointing as my previous interactions with the agency had been positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future buyers

Was very impressed with the media service gathering photos and videos of our home in preparation for it to go on the market. During the sell we were regularly updated on progress and they were readily contactable and available to help. Great service!
