It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

She made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the agency.

27th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????
8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)After poor experiences with other agents, using McAllisters to sell our home has been a real breath of fresh air. Within days we had 5+ viewings and 2 offers. I don’t know how they’ve done it but clearly their marketing methods work. In addition to this, every member of staff we’ve had communications with has been clear, understanding, polite & helpful. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Jack especially has been brilliant.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)This wasn’t just buying and selling a house; it was a full-blown James Bond mission involving sleepless nights, spreadsheets, plot twists and a mortgage lender who seemed determined to be the villain!<br>We spotted our dream home on Rightmove, but our own house wasn’t even on the market. Enter Holly and Neil at Tor Estates, who took on the challenge with incredible patience, professionalism and determination. From advice on preparing our home to changing photos and reassuring me through countless visits to the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>Within weeks, we had a buyer for our home, and our offer on our dream house was accepted. Then our mortgage lender of 27 years pulled the rug from underneath us.<br>Enter Gavin from Tor Finance, our mortgage superhero! He worked tirelessly to find a solution, keeping in touch while I was working away and navigating obstacle after obstacle. His dedication was outstanding, and we genuinely couldn't have done it without him.<br>Holly, Neil and Gavin went above and beyond. They didn't just do their jobs; they supported us through one of the most stressful experiences of our lives and helped turn a potential disaster into a happy ending.<br>If you're buying or selling, I cannot recommend Tor Estates highly enough. 21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Worked professionally and timely- 29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

Hailey was brilliant, she was so lovely showing us around and answering all our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the houses she showed to us and we truly appreciated her support. 9th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

Connie the Sales Manager accompanied me and I have to say she is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure of being shown around by ! She was immensely professional but had a wonderful soft touch - quiet and patient but reassuring and well informed . I almost put in offers there and then because of her care.
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We totally trust Lewis Gray to be responsible, in our absence, for all landlord responsibilities, including the annual inspection of services and premises and minor repairs. They pass on all tenant concerns and enquiries and keep us informed of any repairs needed. They are fair and scrupulous in all matters regarding change of tenancy and rental decisions and adjustments. They keep us appraised in all matters relating to this tenancy and we recommend them 100%.

Advice given was rude and unlawful, these guys have a dangerous perspective where they make every effort to ensure that the advice given serves their interests only, even if that advice is unlawful and totally fabricated. Please be warned, they are convicing and pushy.
