10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

4th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!

It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. Totally love you all. Massive thank you for your dedication and commitment.

26th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I used Marcus Grimes to sell my flat in Cuckfield, the whole process was smooth, professional and very well communicated. I’d highly recommend their services. I dealt with Abbie mostly who was absolutely fantastic, was on the ball just as much as me! Which really is something! I want things don’t yesterday in terms of paperwork…. If you’re looking for an agent, I wouldn’t hesitate on using Marcus Grimes. They make the stress of selling up that little bit easier. Thanks Marcus, Abbie and team!!

It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. Everything was smooth and thought through and the welcome gift when we picked up our keys was such a kind touch. Thank you Alex and the team!!
