16th May 2026 (29 days ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

They were so professional and were fantastic at communicating so we always knew what was going on with the sale of our property. If viewings had taken place we got feedback every time, the went above and beyond. Our only regret was not engaging them sooner and wasting time and money with a different agent. They are an awesome team and even looked after our buyer to help the sale move on quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

They initially managed my flat as a rental property and were consistently professional, responsive, and proactive throughout. They made the entire letting process completely stress-free and always handled any issues quickly and efficiently. They also supported the sale of the property and I would highly reccomend them, in particular Michael, who was fab! The sales process ended up being longer and more complicated than expected, but throughout it all Michael was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring. I always felt I was in safe hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking for a reliable and highly effective estate agent.

I've been dealing with Ellie who's been lovely, she has been very patient with me as Ive had to refer to the contract with her because I didn't understand a few things and she was able to clear them up for me so I understood it. Our property wasn't online very long before we had interest in it and has now had tenants move in.- 19th May 2026 (26 days ago)Such a fantastic experience with Byron Watt at Fox & Son’s Haywards Heath. He was the first viewing we had as first time buyers! He was welcoming, warm in personality and couldn’t be more helpful on our search! I feel he went above & beyond to meet our criteria, so couldn’t recommend him enough! Another fantastic & super helpful member of staff at this branch would be Gareth Pontin! We had a free consultation with Gareth, who explained every single detail in the buying process which was so helpful being new to this. He is so responsive on emails, providing advice and support at the drop of a hat for houses with any estate agent. I would highly recommend him as a broker, we feel he has our best interests at heart! A really positive experience with this branch!
