She is not only willing to help, but really helpful, owing to her inexaustible resourcefulness. Managing a number of properties obviously requires technical skill and competence in more than one field. But in order to successfully do this job from the uncomfortable position of moderator between landlord and tenant, one must develop a capacity to mediate between seemingly opposed interests. And in this rarer ability Katrina really excels. She never lets you down. I will never forget the calm assurance with which she led me out of a serious hydraulic problem last summer, when my tenant was on the verge of tears, day in day out, and I really feared she would sue me for no fault of mine. I asked Katrina’s help, and her capacity to go to the heart of the matter and act accordingly saved me. Thank you, Katrina.
