3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Archers Chepstow have not been transparent in their dealings with me as a buyer. I think they fail to understand that most agents factor into their valuations a knowledge of and the cost of remedial works required on the purchase of a property and represent these in the asking price, where this company expects the purchaser to discover - or not - critical defects on survey but not allow negotiations for these in an offer price put forward. You can argue they staunchly represent the seller with this stance to the buyers detriment? But without buyers who are treated with transparency and respect (note the sales negotiator) their clients will not sell and buyers pull out as in my case. We will go elsewhere as they’re many ethical transparent agencies and good properties out there.

Nothing was too much trouble and any worries or queries I had were always answered quickly. They gave me confidence in my house sale even when I felt worried and that really helped. Selling a house is very stressful, but the team at Christie's made the whole process run as smoothly and as easy as they possibly could. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell through them.

A truly excellent team, never was a call or email unanswered, continuously kept updated and everything with the sale of our home was taken care of perfectly. If you are looking to sell your property look no further than Roscoe Rogers and Knight, by far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with.

The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

From our initial valuation with David, we knew we were in safe hands. They provided a realistic valuation and a brilliant marketing strategy that attracted buyers.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. David kept us updated every step of the way and chased up our solicitors to keep things moving smoothly. Selling our land was stressful, however, David made it feel less so, providing an excellent sounding board throughout. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!

22nd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will seem really helpful and on the ball to get you into a property. But are happy to leave you in bad conditions once you are in, with little to no comms. Avoid at all costs if you want to live somewhere without blocked pipes, rotting floors (which were promised to be done in week 1 of me moving in as they are rotting from a leak from the previous tenant, leaking toilet, dead animal (rat like) smells (and possibly dead animals - who knows as they haven’t arranged for anyone to look into it), radiators on the floor (that have fallen off the wall) and radiators that don’t heat up. These are just a few of the issues I am currently facing in the property let by Digby and Turner. The builder Owen uses is incapable and when finally replacing the toilet last friday after almost 2 months of waiting, he left full access to my property by leaving the back door wide open for a minimum of 2 days whilst I was away caring for family. This was after he left the front door open to the street, allowing my German shepherd to run straight into the road. I am receiving very limited communications from Owen and am having to seek legal advice to find out what I can do next. AVOID DIGBY AND TURNER. Would have given 0 stars, but Google says you have to pick at least 1. Couple of photos attached so you can see this review is very real and see how filthy the property was when taking it on, despite being told cleaners were going in. I highlighted over a month ago that this is worsening a health condition which I am currently receiving hospital treatment for, yet still have not even received an apology from Owen/Digby and Turner, let alone getting the work done. I don’t even know if the landlord knows of the state of disrepair his property is in, so if you are looking for someone to let your property, consider how Digby and turner will look after it (or not look after it) before considering them as an option. Worst agency I have ever experienced - so much so that I am writing this review, which I have never done before, but the level of ignorance and inability to provide safe accommodation, or stick to agreements is unbelievable and I wanted to warn others before they find themselves in the horrible conditions I am living in.

Through no fault of them I lost a few, but Louise eventually found me a lovely perfect forever home,<br>Everyone in the office was helpful and responses were fast.<br>Louise went the extra mile to reduce what can be a stressful time.<br>I feel very lucky to have bought a house using Davis and Sons<br>Thank you all !

The service we received throughout the purchase of our home was outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>The team went above and beyond, even helping to sort out issues that weren’t their responsibility. They kept us informed every step of the way, were always approachable, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
