14th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Really disappointed to find the properties we viewed were nothing like the listings, suspect AI was used to "enhance" them.<br>The driveway of one listing was entirely paved in the photo, but when we turned up it was only half paved. The other half was pebbled, and had an access hatch or panel which isn't shown at all in their listing. The rest of the property was clearly not as pictured, plenty of work required that was not shown. Complete waste of time for all involved.<br>The person who met us at the viewing was really friendly, which was a stark contrast to the rude and standoffish person on the phone who didn't care about the feedback we shared at all.- 29th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)The staff I interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. From the Probate valuation through to the sale I felt confident in my choice of agent and their ability to negotiate with me, as the customer, in mind.

17th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Was told by DDM the house would sell at £100 k ,was given straight to i am sold auction co. That had it advertised for £80 ,000 then dropped it to £70 k within a few weeks. Because I turned down £75,000 I am sold wanted the buyers fees of £6500 off me !! I phoned DDM twice, first time told, the manager is busy doing paperwork. Second time told someone will phone you, never did . I sold it for £80,000 to avoid the £6500 . Well & truly lost out . On the auction site such a short time, a friend looking at the time to buying a house didn't see it advertised. Would i recommend DDM ? Not only was he dealing with a new residential property for me and my partner, but also looking into buy to let mortgages for my current property, along with remortgaging other properties. Taking on the difficulties we encounted, he still went above and beyond to give the best advice to move forward with all mortgage applications. I will certainly be using him again.

We were kept up to date at all times during the process and both Renata and Maggi were excellent keeping us up to date with developments. I would highly recommend Hornsby Estate Agents
