From our first phone call with Lesley - she was honest and up front and sorted us a viewing over the festive period really quickly! Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We were then able to make multiple visits easily and every time felt very comfortable. Communication was great. We have been looking for a home for nearly a year so thank you!
24th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

25th Jan 2026 (20 weeks ago)Treated atrociously by a member of staff who seemed to enjoy being offensive. We had made a substantial offer on a house but chose to withdraw based on this as we couldn't confidently believe we would receive fair and respectful engagement. whilst we spoke with the management we detected an acceptance of the poor behaviour but not a willingness to address it. Apologies to the seller but they did not represent you well at all and we simply avoided any house for sale via this branch (llandudno).

They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to thank them for their service in getting my property sold quickly and efficiently.
