25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.- 1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.

But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. Painful, expensive and should have been flagged up…

23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)They lied about a shared access at a property just to get people to look at it. It was a lie and very misleading. This was only a right of way. The minute it was changed nobody came to see the property for sale. but the damage was already done. somebody had agreed to buy it.

I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.<br>So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.<br>Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.<br>He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.<br>We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.<br>I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.<br>The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.- 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Liberty Clegg carried out a 6 monthly review visit for the property. As usual it was very well planned, carried out efficiently and with a very pleasant manner.

23rd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)House was up for sale with another estate agent in llandudno, who seemed to love to do viewings, was with them for 6 months. Decided to switch to bryan davies, julie came appraised the house, sent to market within a couple of days and was sold with the month. Would recommend straight away, professional easy to contact, thank you melanie as well always on hand.<br><br>If you are selling, use them you cant put a price on experience!!

19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

From the moment we met Becky for valuation we knew it was the right choice to make.<br><br>The pitch was very relaxed and well put across, we'd met some other local estate agents previously and were very put off by their aggressive sales pitch and sky high prices.<br><br>Photos and adverts were drafted very quickly and were a very high standard<br><br>From the viewing appointments to the offer process, we were kept well informed and couldn't fault them.<br><br>The after offer process became extremely stressful but the level of commitment from Marla and Sara towards the end of the process was nothing short of outstanding. The work they put in for us and our buyer to get it over the line was massively appreciated, I don't know how they put up with that level of stress from incompetent solicitors, I admire their patience.<br><br>Thanks to all of you who were involved in the process but especially to Marla and Sara, you've both been amazing and we can't thank you enough, we're glad we picked you!<br><br>Best wishes ??????
