They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Both Michaela & Sophie consistently worked on our behalf to keep things moving, provide updates and resolve issues quickly. They made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. We would happily recommend them to anyone selling their home.

But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. From our first phone call with Lesley - she was honest and up front and sorted us a viewing over the festive period really quickly! Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We were then able to make multiple visits easily and every time felt very comfortable. Communication was great. We have been looking for a home for nearly a year so thank you!
24th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to thank them for their service in getting my property sold quickly and efficiently.

We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
