Always available on the phone and have time for you always.- 8th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)This wasn’t an easy process because the market was down, Article 4 didn’t help either, so it took a long time to sell and we weren’t living in the area any more. The BA team were very friendly and helpful, they kept the keys for us and were available whenever we needed them. They checked our meters for us and generally were helpful whenever we had a request of them. The sale process moved along without any major difficulties. We would recommend BA. Special shout out to Joanna and Vicky.

They worked hard to promote the property and managed to achieve a fair price in a difficult market. I found the staff there really helpful and honest, and would definitely recommend this company.

Market evaluation was excellent and the advice given to me was straightforward and practical and of great use in deciding the selling price and very reassuring to benefit from all their long experience of marketing properties in my area. My home was advertised beautifully with excellent pictures and a great video. I had 10 viewings arranged by their lovely staff in the first week of my property going on the market back in January and it was sold STC within 4 days. They also gave the most competitive fees of the estate agents I contacted. I was kept informed throughout and they would be my first choice should I need to market a property again. 19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
