Always available on the phone and have time for you always.- 8th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)This wasn’t an easy process because the market was down, Article 4 didn’t help either, so it took a long time to sell and we weren’t living in the area any more. The BA team were very friendly and helpful, they kept the keys for us and were available whenever we needed them. They checked our meters for us and generally were helpful whenever we had a request of them. The sale process moved along without any major difficulties. We would recommend BA. Special shout out to Joanna and Vicky.

The property was sold within two weeks, communication has been excellent, the staff from Reid & Robert’s have gone above and beyond to be of assistance as we have been unable to get to their office. Their fee is very competitive. We can’t fault them, the whole process is stress free and moving along smoothly.
