The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.

Gareth kept us updated at all stages and we were grateful for his support and expertise, considering the circumstances. This made the whole process of selling the house a smooth and positive experience. We would unreservedly recommend Reades to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

15th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. The team are professional, responsive and make the whole letting process straightforward from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you to Coreen, who has been outstanding. She always goes above and beyond to find the highest quality tenants, communicates brilliantly throughout the process, and makes what can often be a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beresford Adams to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable letting agent.
- 22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

5th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Margaret & George are great to deal with .We had a long drawn out experience but more the buyers solicitors dragging things along ,not the estate agent .Also the 1st accepted offer on our property fell through .The government need to look at how this is allowed ,costing sellers a lot of wasted money & time .<br>Margaret has been great from start to finish .Always responding to calls & emails .<br>Thank you Molyneux Wrexham ,we got there in the end !!

As a first-time buyer I had lots of questions and felt unsure at first, but Ela was patient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout.<br><br>She really understood what I wanted, guided me clearly through every step, kept me regularly updated, and always replied quickly. 15th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)As a first time buyer I was hoping my experience would be a little bit better. Due to my job role I can’t always answer the phone, explained this when putting an enquiry in. I received 4 phone calls asking me to call back and one left a voicemail stating “just calling people pigs all day” the photo is attached for proof of this. I sent a form through to explain I had tried to contact them and would like to be contacted via email to book a viewing again due to my job role and not being able to have my personal phone all the time. I was then met with a phone call, a voicemail and and email.<br><br>Gave my available hours in the email, totally ignored and I was being booked in for days I was not available. Later on I was told the property viewings are full and given a date for the next slot, an hour later I had an email to say I was booked in for a viewing, no checking to see if I was still available at that time just booked in.<br><br>I then emailed the agent dealing with this all to ask why I was told it was full to find out I had been booked in, response was we must of had a cancellation. After speaking with my partner we decided to cancel the viewing as the level of unprofessionalism and how stressful it was just to book in to view a property was disgraceful.<br><br>Emailed asking to cancel, I was then greeted with multiple calls asking us to reconsider. The branch manager has also reached out and is conducting and “investigation” but I can’t assume this will go far.<br><br>I rented with Wingetts years ago and had a positive experience but this is by far the worst thing I have had to deal with.

They coordinated extra commination between us and our buyers so that was very easy for us. We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

Honestly some estate agents I dealt with would not even get half a star treating you like dirt. But monopoly gave me the 5 star treatment, so I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you.

The team was professional, responsive, and helpful in keeping communication flowing throughout the process. They did a good job progressing matters and arranging the practical aspects of the purchase efficiently. They were particularly helpful at the 11th hour when a number of issues arose and they liaised with the vendor and solved the issues quickly. While it was naturally clear they were acting on behalf of the sellers, we appreciated their support and assistance in helping the transaction reach completion smoothly.
