29th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Simon highly enough as a property manager. Throughout my tenancy, he was consistently professional and incredibly responsive. The standout moment was when I discovered a leak in my radiator on a Sunday evening. I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday, but Simon called me within the hour to assess the situation. True to his word, he had a plumber at my door shortly after—all while the office was closed. If you want a landlord or manager who genuinely cares about their tenants, Simon is the one.
17th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Moved over to Reid & Roberts after having no luck selling for about 10 months and got a decent offer within a few weeks, probably coincidence but a good result. The service was a lot better and the team were very proactive, honest and kept me well informed which in this industry is rare! I would definitely use them again.

29th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)My house had been on the market for 14 months without a single offer. Monopoly sold it in 3 weeks. The photographs and presentation package were far superior to the previous estate agents.

15th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. - 22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

They sold our house in just 6 days, and we had an offer accepted on our new home within the same week. Even more impressively, a chain involving four properties was fully completed within just 12 weeks, which is almost unheard of in today's market. They have the time and patience for their customers and they are realistic with property values, which can be rare in Flintshire these days. We even got a little package to congratulate us on our mew house.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. 14th May 2026 (30 days ago)We recently sold our house through Newsomes. We would definitely recommend them. Their service was first class. the staff are all friendly , professional and efficient. The photos taken of the house for the sale were excellent and the house sold quickly. Queries were dealt with quickly and they communicated with all the various parties involved making sure the process went as smoothly as possible.

We let out our property and leave to them to do a yearly inspection, they decided to carry out the inspection 4 months after tenant moved in, but as they manage my property they didn't realize that the garden area was separate from the house , so they didn't inspect it , but as we specified it is important that the tenant keeps on top of the upkeep of the garden area, so now they want to charge me for a inspection of the garden area. UNBELIEVABLE
