Everyone in the team was friendly, diligent and effective.

The staff have been wonderful to deal with, always kept myself updated throughout the whole process putting customer relations and quality first. Viewings with Adam, working through the process with Zoe, Dawn and Louisa, the team were brilliant and always on hand to help and guide. I’d thoroughly recommend and I will certainly use this branch in the future should we need to.

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.
