22nd May 2026 (23 days ago)I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and wasting your time.

Very unprofessional to not put me on hold whilst discussing across the office details of the property and information which breaches GDPR. Abruptly ended the call in a rude and disrespectful manner when I asked for further information as the Rightmove advert did not correlate to what the agent was saying. Such a shame as have always heard good things, appreciate everyone is busy and the call started off nicely but very disrespectful to end.

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. A great night Thank you. Xxxx
19th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

29th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)A thank you just doesnt seem enough! We have recently sold our home with Property Shop Accrington and they are beyond amazing! We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

6th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)My experience of this estate agents was very poor. I had to pull out of the sale due to the incompetence of this estate agents as well as the vendor which I understand is not the agents full responsibility. The property in question was a flat in which mortgages would not be approved due to legal complications. My solicitor explained that the vendor would have been fully aware of this before putting the property on the market. My complaint with this estate agents is the misinformation I was given, I was told a service charge largely inaccurate of the actual fee, I was mislead about the vendors actions regarding payment of legal matters, staff told me the vendor had paid a substantial amount and legal matters were solved, 6 weeks later my solicitor informed me this was false information. The whole process felt rushed and unprofessional, from the deadlines being imposed on me in order to make a quick sale, to the rude telephone manner by the female staff, even viewing the property to measure up the agent arrived late and I felt rushed to make measurements and have a good look at the property. In all I have wasted over 4 months of my time to find an home and lost a large amount of money on solicitor fees and mortgage broker fees. What’s also sad to see is the property straight back on the market and some other person will be messed around by this estate agents. In all I had high hopes of this estate agents upon reading reviews but after my experience I would advise to avoid Ince Williamson indefinitely.
