3rd Sep 2026 (13 days ago)As a cash buyer ready to pull the plug, had a genuine interest in a currently listed property, dealing with Hayward Tod has quickly taken my interest away.<br><br>Communication extremely poor, having to chase up answers to genuine questions (about the leasehold and lpg) multiple times yet to no avail, just getting ignored now. Another ‘middleman’ estate agent.<br><br>Leah and Carla thanks for wasting my time.

9th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)We have just sold our property and bought a new home both with Hunter’s at Kendal We have dealt mainly with Ellie who is so very helpful, nothing is too much trouble she is definitely a valuable asset to the company. Having spoken and dealt with other staff members at Kendal I can honestly say that they are a wonderful team. Everything has gone smoothly and we are moving next week, a huge thank you to Hunters.

28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Callaghans has been the best choice for selling a house. From the outset, they provided a realistic sales price, and not an inflated figure to try to secure the business. Their fees were also clearly explained and reasonable. I was given good advice for free about some minor pre-sale improvements which could be made, which were done - all before I'd even engaged Callaghans. The feeling I could trust them was really important to me, and it proved well founded. They kept me informed every step of the way, from arranging viewings to occasionally having to relay news of cancellations (important to know about still), and then on to the exciting bit of guiding an offer through to completion. Friendly, courteous, helpful, organised, efficient - Callaghans are all of these. Thanks to all of the team, but especially Sean, Ian, and Carole. Most of my contact was with Carole, who is brilliant. Callaghans = exceptional.

20th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)PFK have worked as a close-knit team, able to answer questions, instigate viewings, take pro-active decisions and actions to ensure that they have achieved excellent results. A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.

If we could give them 10 stars, we would! There is no weak link on this team. We would hire them over and over again for any type of property need. We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

Learning point for us in selling in future was the first valuation was higher than other agents had valued the home as and, in hindsight, we probably should have questioned that more as we ended up over time needing to knock a chunk of money off and think we’d have sold the house much quicker if the valuation had been closer to what we ended up selling the house for
