Aways available and all appointments kept with viewings and surveys. great advice and guidance given on the market value and what to market the house at. Plenty of viewing and sold the house quickly on both occasions due to the first offer withdrawing at the very last minute. John Woodhall came to value the property and was very friendly yet professional. Once we instructed him the wheels were set in motion. The photos were taken and the house put on the market within days of his visit . Communication was good with his office regarding the viewings. We were so pleased to get an offer with just being on the market for about 3 weeks. At the moment we are getting on with the sale and so far so good.
