Most recently, they helped me sell a property, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to support me through the process. Austin, Chris and Emma all offered thoughtful, reassuring advice throughout, and Emma in particular was absolutely wonderful – she guided everything from start to finish with such care and attention. She kept me regularly updated, was always friendly and approachable, and made the whole experience feel so much easier. Emma found a buyer incredibly quickly, which was amazing and I felt completely supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for all their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Edward Mellor to anyone. Thank you all so much!

At the beginning, he gave me a second opinion and explained every steps what we have to go through. He could offer all round information and told me what options do we have. That’s why I chose him with us. Although we targeted a property from another estate agent later on, but he worked professionally and guided us to complete the purchase.

Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

Sophie was amazing at keeping us updated of the progress of the sale, and was always on hand to support and answer any questions. The rest of the team, Dean and Alex, were also great. I would fully recommend reeds rains

They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

Sarah Connolly was my agent, and from the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She quickly found a buyer with no chain, and the whole sale was completed in around six weeks. Natalie in the office was also fantastic to deal with. She kept me updated throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went through smoothly without any issues. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience straightforward and hassle-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.
