Aways available and all appointments kept with viewings and surveys. great advice and guidance given on the market value and what to market the house at. Plenty of viewing and sold the house quickly on both occasions due to the first offer withdrawing at the very last minute. Special thanks to Chris Tabner for the description and photos for the property and Natalie Jenkins for always being in contact and letting us know what was happening every step of the way. Thanks to all the staff at Edward Mellor Hazel Grove. Highly recommended.

13th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

A recent sale was handled with commitment, energy and diligence. When last minute issues arose with the buyer's solicitor, Dan's personal interventions cut through the difficulties and ensured a timely completion.

23rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The only thing my hubby and I weren’t completely happy with were the photos and how they had been ‘altered’ eg mums bathroom is what used to be called Whisper Pink, but all the bathroom is pure white! The bedrooms look much bigger than they are as well. I’m aware that in their Ts and Cs it says they can do that, but our opinion is that it is very misleading. However, we do no have a sale going through, so it looks like people looking to move can’t be that bothered! Snapes have been lovely with us, as it was my 100year old mums bungalow, and it was my grandpa who had it built, so it’s a very sad time tbh, but all the staff have been lovely.

The photos were taken and the house put on the market within days of his visit . Communication was good with his office regarding the viewings. We were so pleased to get an offer with just being on the market for about 3 weeks. At the moment we are getting on with the sale and so far so good. I would definitely recommend Woodhalls estate agents, their service including the photographers has been amazing.

Neil in particular has been really responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the right home for us. I couldn't recommend highly enough!!

It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.

I sold and bought my houses with Jonny and he was excellent in all the procedures. He gave 110% and went above and beyond to make sure my sale and purchase went all to Plan. I would certainly recommend Upton George to anyone selling or buying a property in the area. I would go as far to say, "why would you go anywhere else" Brilliant, Fantastic and he is very Knowledgeable of the area, and to add to it all, he's a very guy .
