They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

Communication was always clear, prompt and professional, and he kept me updated at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently and helpfully. Buying and moving house can be stressful, but Joe helped make the whole process as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Maurice Kilbride to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 13th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)We felt unwelcome at the house viewing today. When I asked questions about the property, I was told that they were questions for the office, which left us feeling unable to get the information we needed during the viewing. We had several viewings with other estate agents today, and they were warm, friendly, and greeted us with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, this was not our experience at this viewing. Both my husband and I felt that the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and we left feeling disappointed by the overall experience- 12th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Sharon, Will, Rob proved patient and supportive throughout my house purchase and kept me fully informed and updated. I would recommend their services if you were considering moving to the area.

At the beginning, he gave me a second opinion and explained every steps what we have to go through. He could offer all round information and told me what options do we have. That’s why I chose him with us. Although we targeted a property from another estate agent later on, but he worked professionally and guided us to complete the purchase.

Katie was super responsive and helpful when I wanted to book a second viewing on the property and kept me updated and informed throughout the initial offer and acceptance process. She communicated upfront about her annual leave and guided me to who best to contact in her absence which was extremely useful and kept everything ticking over whilst she was gone. 19th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

23rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The only thing my hubby and I weren’t completely happy with were the photos and how they had been ‘altered’ eg mums bathroom is what used to be called Whisper Pink, but all the bathroom is pure white! The bedrooms look much bigger than they are as well. I’m aware that in their Ts and Cs it says they can do that, but our opinion is that it is very misleading. However, we do no have a sale going through, so it looks like people looking to move can’t be that bothered! Snapes have been lovely with us, as it was my 100year old mums bungalow, and it was my grandpa who had it built, so it’s a very sad time tbh, but all the staff have been lovely.

Every member of the team was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. What really stood out was the family feel throughout the business. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was always someone available to offer support, guidance, and reassurance whenever it was needed. Selling a business can be a challenging and emotional process, but Helen and the team made the journey as smooth as possible. Their communication was excellent, their knowledge was invaluable, and their commitment to getting the deal over the line never wavered. 2nd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)We’ve just completed our home move with Moore Homes and honestly can’t thank them enough. It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.
