There attitudete to safety in high rise bukldings is appalling,there staff are un qualified and the owner Taj is criminally neglegent time and time again! If you give him information he doesnt like or doesnt want to accept and repair he stops paying contractors! Appalling

29th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Excellent service from Seaham branch Kimmitt & Roberts. The sale of our property went very smoothly. We had very good advice and were guided through the process without a hitch. During the time from valuation to completion we were kept informed in a timely and efficient manner. The property was sold very quickly. Photographs were very good and realistic pricing. From start to finish we are very pleased and would have no hesitation in using Kimmitt & Roberts again. Tracy was very helpful as were the other branch staff.

21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Good experience except for an encounter with one individual called Todd. He was very keen to tell me he was the company director on arrival, then told me (whilst picking dirt out of his fingernails) “I couldn’t really care less about this property” probably because it was cheap and his commission is low, I’m hoping he doesn’t treat people buying cheap properties less than those spending millions. If he does he clearly doesn’t understand the basic principles of business. Business isn’t about quick transactions, it’s built on relationships. I will not be doing business with this company moving forward, I would advise against using them, they lied to me twice in the process of buying the house and the disappointing attitude from inflated ego Todd was a let down, perhaps if he did his research he wouldn’t talk to me like that. Shame really, when one guy lets the team down.
26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Despite the property being very unique the valuation was based on as much well researched information as they could manage. Marketing was done well with excellent photos and a photographic 3d walk around. They also managed to arrange marketing in the local paper. Helped negotiate a good selling price higher than the asking price. Property has been sold within 5 weeks of marketing. Friendly and informative staff. Despite speaking to different staff the computer notes were well done meaning we were always well informed. 29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

I really recommend them for anyone looking for letting or buying his new house. Alan and Janet are the best !

Communication is always relevant & timely. Their Support, guidance & knowledge of the process I found invaluable. If I ever needed to move house again then these are the first people I would call. I would highly recommend Moovd to everyone & anyone planning a move.
