Their communication after the initial sale was really first class and the after sales team kept us up to date when news came. They were equally as frustrated as we were with all the solicitors involved in the sale and I am still at a loss as to why that process took nearly 6 months! First class service from start to finish from Charters though

She really took the time to listen, understand our situation and carry out thorough research to find the best options for us. You can tell she has strong expertise in this area and is very knowledgeable. Although we didn’t end up proceeding with a new mortgage, we really appreciated her support and guidance throughout the process. I highly recommend Leah Stephens — she’s professional, supportive and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for you!

Once our property was on the market we were kept updated on a regular basis by Dan. I can't fault the service we received from Beales and would definitely recommend them.

16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Awful if I could give zero stars I would they do not care about complaints that are submitted to them in regard to their tenants as they are getting the rent each month. We have had issues with tenants of theirs for almost 6 months now and another neighbour for almost 3 years and nothing other then sending them letters which has done nothing and telling us to go environmental health. Absolutely disgusting!

Joke - Charters are another agent that over value and give sellers false hope and it just wastes time. Buyers are savvy nowadays! 8th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)We didn’t actually end up buying through cubitt & west in the end however I wanted to thank Evie for being so helpful and allowing us to view properties without selling , without doing this we wouldn’t know what we did or didn’t want and really appreciated her spending the time with us. If we ever move again we will definitely think about using cubitts

I called after planning my day around the viewing, showing up and having been waiting outside the property for them then to say it was cancelled. Bad customer service.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We faced some complications, as often happens when buying a house, but Garreth was present throughout, kept regular contact and remained positive which we needed. Every question we had was answered by Garreth and we can’t fault the support he provided. Highly recommend Rok Marsh and particularly Garreth!!
