5th Oct 2020 (6 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

They offered advice but gave us space to make our own decisions. They were proactive in marketing and scheduling viewings and we have accepted an offer of the asking price.
2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. I have been renting in London for the past 15 years, and during that time, I’ve dealt with all the massive corporate names—Foxtons, Dexters, Antony Roberts, and Hastings. Without fail, I had a frustrating issue with every single one of them. The typical London renting experience usually involves dealing with agents who are arrogant, pushy, and completely indifferent once they get your money. Websters is the complete antithesis of that. They are, without a doubt, the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. Here is why they completely blow the competition out of the water: Incredibly Prompt & Responsive: You are never left chasing them. They reply quickly, action requests immediately, and actually respect your time. They Genuine Listen: Unlike the big corporate chains that just try to shove any property down your throat to hit a target, Websters listened to my specific needs and actually tried to match them. We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.
