She was very helpful trying to get me the property. I am sure it would have been plain sailing had I been successful. It was nice to meet an estate agent that wasn't pushy for once - wishing her all the best.

Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. From the start, the pricing advice felt realistic and well judged, which helped attract the right buyers quickly. Viewings were handled well and we always got clear, honest feedback, so we knew where things stood. After accepting an offer, Rob, James and the team stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. Communication was consistent and we never felt out of the loop. End result was a smooth sale, good outcome and a timeline that worked for our move abroad. Would definitely recommend them.
29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I had the pleasure of working with Aslam and Jack at Chancellors during our property search in West London, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aslam was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to secure us off-market properties, and his response times and follow-ups were consistently prompt and professional. He made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. Jack showed us around a property and did a brilliant job. What really stood out was his patience and understanding. When my partner and I were running significantly late due to the tube strikes, he was a complete gentleman and waited for us without any fuss. That kind of consideration for travel hiccups and unforeseen circumstances is rare, and we really appreciated it. While we ultimately went with a property elsewhere on the market, that takes nothing away from the experience we had with this team. Aslam and Jack are a genuine pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a property in West London, these are the people to go to.

31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . We dealt primarily with Ayesha who went above and beyond to help us secure our rental. She was super patient with my busy schedule and was immediately on hand with any issues we faced throughout the letting process. Very grateful for having Ayesha help manage our move and would highly recommend her and the team to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell property in the St Margaret’s/twickenham/richmond area. 2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I had tried to sell my freehold house for many months with previous agents. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.
