15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Approximately lived in my rented property about 13 years. Any small issues have been immediately sorted, the house has always been in excellent condition, no damp issues. The letting agent staff are so friendly and helpful especially lorna and mandy which are the staff that have mainly had contact with me and my many confusing questions. 100% recommend this company as its rare to have good staff and good properties ????????????
30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Fab service from all the team at mortimers and i cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish helped me at every step as this was new to me. From the viewing to regular updates to help with questions from solicitors. They really do care and have a way of making you feel that the whole team are there for you! Grace Bleasdale was amazing and no question too silly to ask , and i has lots of those- really helped me through a time which could have been a lot more stressful with the support. Thank you Mortimers!
21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We can't thank Ali at Petty Estate Agents enough for all of his hard work throughout our house sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, the sale took around 10 months to complete due to circumstances that were completely outside both our control and the estate agent's. Despite this, Ali was outstanding from beginning to end. He kept in constant contact, always providing updates, chasing where needed, and doing everything he could to keep the sale moving and on track.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout, and he remained professional, proactive, and reassuring even when the process became frustrating. It was clear that he genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line for us.<br><br>If you're looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond for their clients, I would highly recommend Ali at Petty. Thank you for all of your support and dedication, it was very much appreciated.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)I would not recommend Eafield & Maple based on my experience.<br><br>Communication was consistently poor throughout our tenancy. Simple queries often took repeated follow-ups, and responses were frequently delayed. The most frustrating example was the repair to our windows, which took almost two years to be resolved despite us raising the issue on numerous occasions.<br><br>The same pattern continued after we moved out. The handling of our deposit has been unnecessarily slow, with very little communication or transparency regarding the process. Chasing for updates became the norm rather than the exception.<br><br>Overall, the lack of communication, prolonged delays, and poor customer service made what should have been a straightforward tenancy far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness in the future, as no tenant should have to spend so much time chasing basic updates.

Nicola went above and beyond what other agents would do to solve issues with one of my flats and swiftly found a tenant. Highly recommended.
8th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I’ve recently completing a property purchase through Keenans Accrington, and I can honestly say Isaac made the whole experience so much easier than I expected.<br>From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and always willing to go out of his way to make me feel comfortable and reassured. Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even introduced me to a fantastic mortgage advisor, which made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Thanks to Isaac's support and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and manageable.<br>A massive thank you to Isaac and the team at Keenans Accrington.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! 21st Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .

We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x

I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

They made us feel totally at ease, we genuinely felt cared for and supported throughout the whole journey.<br>One thing that really stood out was that we never felt pressured whatsoever. At every stage, we were given honest advice, plenty of time to make decisions, and always felt that our best interests came first. That made such a difference and gave us complete confidence throughout the whole process.<br>Selling a home can be very emotional and stressful but nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was always professional, reassuring, incredibly kind and friendly, keeping us informed every step of the way.<br>The photographs and brochure were absolutely beautiful and captured our home perfectly. Their local knowledge and attention to detail were second to none.<br>Every single person in the office was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely to deal with. It’s rare to find a team who combine such professionalism with such a personal touch.<br>A huge thank you to James and all at Slater Brooking. 5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
