They worked as a team and kept me informed throughout the process. They produced great photographs and literature and marketed the house creatively at a realistic price and generated immediate interest. Within 2 weeks of registering with them we had a realistic offer that progressed to a sale.

Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. Darcy valued our house at the value that we expected it to be and we agreed to listing this with Hinchliffe. The team worked fast to put the house on the market, with fantastic photos and in less than a week, Harry had the house sold. Couldn’t be happier, just waiting for the whole process to complete for all parties. We are buying through Hinchliffe too, so it’s a nice and simple process for everyone.

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
