Although there were Googlemaps issues with my advert, he persevered with having Google fix the problem . His communication is excellent: prompt and courteous. The subcontractors he appoints for photography and home report are top quality. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

31st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We approached Walker & Sharpe to ask for assistance applying for a joint guardianship for our son who is turning 16 but lacks capacity to make decisions around his own welfare. I had previously heard of them and Shannon specifically when she did a talk for the Parent Inclusion Network on guardianship. From the outset, what I feared would be a difficult process, was made so much easier by Walker and Sharpe, and specifically Shannon who worked on our case. The whole process was straightforward, professional, efficient, friendly, and we felt able to approach her at any point with questions or to clarify things. I have already recommended Walker & Sharpe and Shannon to friends who may need to go down the same route as us, and generally would highly recommend them. Thank you.

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

They were always at the end of the phone and they continuously kept my partner and I in the loop, providing the necessary advice as required. I would highly recommend this company, especially with fair, transparent pricing.

The Allen & Harris team were so helpful firstly in actually getting my house on the market letting the photographer and the surveyor in to the house when I couldn’t be in Glasgow.<br>Kirsty then handled my viewings and negotiation as well as answering all my questions and being very supportive during the whole process while I navigated a difficult time outside of my house sale.
