19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.

6th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.

Ian is approachable and professional, great to work with and I have full confidence in the service he supplies. He stays in touch through all processes and could not be more helpful. Would have no hesitation in the recommending him and his company.
16th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)This is one of the worst letting company, communication is poor. If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.
23rd Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I used Belvoir to rent my property out for five months whilst I went travelling and I was so impressed and happy with every single staff member I came into contact with, special thanks to Sophie and Katy for finding tenants even though it was a short let and the amazing communication I experienced throughout and the support given by Katy when the tenants proved to be challenging at times was very much appreciated, thank you Katy for your professionalism, your patience, your unwavering support and your excellent communication skills, If I rent my flat out again I want you to look after it for me, I trust you 100%!

They marketed my property to an extremely high standard generating a huge amount of interest and a very positive sale . I cannot thank them all for their help<br>support and excellent communication during the whole process . Hard to find as good an agent in Edinburgh that provides such a personal service .

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property. 6th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)I was not a tenant or landlord but had the misfortune to have dealings with their property sales people. Despite multiple attempts to get them to pay me a couple of hundred pounds that they owed me they did not respond, that despite visiting the office on a number of occasions and also emails and phone calls. Highly unprofessional I would not recommend dealing with Belvoir Aberdeen.

Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.
