7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We have just experienced an outstanding, 1st class and professional service from Robert Watts to sell out late parents home. Jenna is an absolute star ??????. The initial contact was with Lucy who carried out the valuation. She gave good advice of what to do prior to the property being fit for viewings. Then Jenna became our main contact and Negotiator for 90% of the rest of the sale and go between, between us and the buyer and both sets of solicitors. Jenna was an absolute dream to work with. She kept us up to date with everything. Constant contact with updates from viewings, offers chasing up solicitors and go between, between us and the buyer. Faultless service throughout. When Jenna was not avaliable we also experienced the same service from Amelia, Holly and Charlie. All in all we experienced a 5 star service. A huge thank you to everyone. You made a very difficult and sad experience so much easier. Well done!!! ??????
7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Snowgate were brilliant from start to finish, unfortunately we were selling the house remotely , and therefore it was difficult to get those last few things which needed to be organised sorted. Snowgate helped arrange plumbers to disconnect washing machines\dishwasher, carpet cleaners, helped out with the British Gas and a boiler service. They also carried out all viewings and were very quick to keep us informed when we received offers, giving guidance on market conditions and the ability of the purchasers to proceed. Whilst we have not recently bought or sold a house ourselves a number of our friends have and all you hear are nightmare stories about estate agents. Not in this case Snowgate were brilliant and we would have no hesitation in recommending them

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.

20th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Made an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

21st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.
