24th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)I was disappointed with outcome and received no second viewings or even an offer on my property. I decided to withdraw my house with that particular estate agent.
18th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)After a very negative experience with Michael Jones we put the retirement flat on the market with Jacobs Steel and the experience couldn't have been more different. From the word go the team at Jacobs Steel in Worthing went through everything they would be doing and how they planned to market the flat. We had a number of viewings straight away and good feedback given after each. A short time later we received an offer and Jacobs Steel kept us in the loop and helped chase the managing agents to keep things moving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. You get what you pay for and they really are a first class team.

6th Jun 2020 (4 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.

He is very professional, interested, patient, friendly and helpful. We strongly recommend working with Austin Gray and Graham. We were very pleased and you will never regret it. Thanks to James's initial marketing advice; Sarah & her colleague's dealings with interested parties and Jodie's efficient administration, we ultimately had offers from everyone that viewed and exceeded our price expectations when a sale was agreed after just 1 week on the market.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

But Tracey was incredible from the Graves Son & Pilcher team. She was amazing in every aspect. Constantly going above and beyond to ensure both my tenants were happy and that I was kept across all problems and correspondence. I really could not recommend her enough. Always prompt with communication and remained professional and friendly at all times. Thank you Tracey and the rest of the GSP team!

19th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)We used a few Estate Agents to sell our home, but the only one that full filled our needs, sale and professionalism were Foster&Co. Especially Jessie, she was attentive, caring and full of professionalism, going the extra mile to sell, without the pushy Estate Agent label. Nothing was a problem and we just sold to a lovely family . We would recommend Foster&Co over all other agents in the Brighton and Hove area , due to their unique sales process and sheer professionalism. Nice one Jessie!!

Most UK estate agents are awful: these guys are against the trend: they are a pleasure to deal with, really paying attention to what we wanted, and never brushing us off with superficial comments. Even though there were many complications, this team remained professional and very helpful to both us and the vendor throughout. I definitely recommned buying from them.

1st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)My experience with Osborn Frankling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben was so easy to talk to and made what is a stressful process much easier. He is realistic and honest and he really went above and beyond with his customer service. The WhatsApp group made communication really easy and e-mails were always responded to really quickly. I switched to Ben after unfortunately not having much luck with another agent and I am so glad I did. Ben works really hard and this was truly evident in the effort he put in to the sale progression. This is also true of Janet who also was wonderful in the process. I must also mention Ella who is also so lovely and easy to talk to. As an office it’s welcoming to walk in to and I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend Ben and his team at Osborn Frankling, the experience was truly excellent from valuation to completion.
13th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.
