7th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.
24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I was disappointed with outcome and received no second viewings or even an offer on my property. I decided to withdraw my house with that particular estate agent.

6th Jun 2020 (3 years ago)Christian and his team were easy to deal with because they're honest and straightforward people. My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

Foster and Co is extremely responsive and helpful. The documentation and video they did to promote our property was very professional and looked great. We highly recommend this estate agent.
12th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Officeless. They seem to me to operate from the local Pub. They do not have an office. That explains that, based on high background noise and the level of low common sense, when I spoke to them they seem to me that they operate directly from the local pub. Also explains the psychodrama of their unprofessional behaviour. My recommendation is to find yourself a estate agent with an office as this one seems to me to operate from the local pub. Nothing wrong I guess with running the business from the pub, it could be convenient for meals and drinks, I guess, but not for my personal professional standard. I guess it is another type of business, for another type of people. Not better or worse, just different.

Most UK estate agents are awful: these guys are against the trend: they are a pleasure to deal with, really paying attention to what we wanted, and never brushing us off with superficial comments. Even though there were many complications, this team remained professional and very helpful to both us and the vendor throughout. I definitely recommned buying from them.

Ben's local knowledge and experience have been key to getting the sale to completion.He was able to recommend an excellent solicitor to handle the extension of the lease on the property which had to be completed at the same time as the sale. Excellent.
