I do not recommend at all as i was interested in a commercial property and was told it was available and they would call me back with more information i had asked about the property. I got no phone call back and called for three days in a row but no one answered. The fourth day i had called someone finally answered and i was told the property had now been let to someone else. they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them....
