She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.

16th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)We cannot recommend Hamptons at Henley-on-Thames highly enough. Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.
18th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Ben and the team at Ballards Twyford highly enough. We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Ella was great with our viewing and provided us with lots of information about the property. We then got transferred over to Mary when putting an offer in for the property. She was so helpful and explained things really well. I really appreciated how easy she was to contact and the fact that she kept me updated whilst we were waiting to hear back from the landlord.

Throughout two decades, their service has been exceptional, built on a foundation of open, clear, and honest communication. Where Walmsley truly shines is when things don’t go exactly to plan, this we have seen from both the lettings and sales teams. Their active management, perseverance, and problem-solving skills during the sales process were outstanding. I genuinely believe that without their dedication and proactive approach, we wouldn't have reached completion when we did. They are thoroughly professional, completely trustworthy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
4th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We recently sold our house through Romans. We had been interested in selling for several years, and Daniel had been incredibly patient in waiting for us to finally be ready! Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and offered many suggestions for how to get the house ready for sale, what to price it at and why etc. We felt listened to and really trusted the advice given. Once on the market, Robbie and Amy were excellent at finding out all they could about the house before doing viewings for us. I really liked that only Robbie and Amy did viewings for us, having viewed many houses through other agents where the people showing us around obviously didn't know the house well at all. The team offered timely feedback and were sympathetic to working around our busy schedules. Once sold, Robbie kept us updated and informed along the whole (at times stressful through no fault of Romans) process. We have been speaking to him more than family members over the last few months, and he is always lovely to chat to! We never want to move again (!), but would highly highly recommend Romans' sales team to those that do. Thanks Daniel, Robbie and Amy!

No question was ever too much, and they really felt like allies in what can be quite a lengthy and stressful process. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jason is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and has a thoughtful approach to marketing and sales. He made contact regularly and if there was no news he would still touch base and give valuable advice to ensure the sale carried on quickly and efficiently which it certainly did. This was a somewhat emotional sale for me and I felt fully supported all the way through which was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Knight Frank in Henley.

I’ve got to say she was amazing throughout the whole process and we did have a difficult and extremely tight deadline. She kept us in the loop throughout the process and pushed all the solicitors! Even our Estate agent our end said she was fantastic! Thank you Bernadette for all your help and support and I would highly recommend you in the future.
