She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.

Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

We had the usual when we were near exchange, with buyers trying to knock the price down, but Ben did a Stirling job for us.<br>Highly recommend- 17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)I had a viewing today with Idris from the sales team. He was very welcoming and highly knowledgeable of the area and the property itself. His approach to the viewing was very positive and allowed me time to take in everything of the property. He is a great representative of Chancellor's.
