This year, we decided to go with Cubitt & West—and what a difference it made. Within just two weeks, they secured a full asking price offer, which exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the team were professional, respectful, and incredibly positive about our property. Their enthusiasm really shone through and made a huge difference in how our home was presented. Communication was excellent throughout. They kept us constantly updated with viewing schedules and provided detailed, helpful feedback after each one. The team were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely lovely to deal with, which made the whole experience far less stressful. What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!

They worked very hard to promote our property in a difficult market and achieved what seemed a reasonable sale price. We particularly liked their calm, un-pushy approach, and how helpful David was with both our sale and ongoing purchase. Highly recommended.

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

Their response time is incredible (shoutout to James) and the move process was made so easy for me (shoutout to Alicia). I’ve had so many awful experiences with other London agencies but they really went above and beyond for me and ensured my renting process has been smooth-sailing and problem-free. Super pleased with their services!
5th May 2026 (16 days ago)I have used Hindhead to relet a small number of investment properties which for many years I had owned and managed myself. I have used them for more than a year now and everyone there is really pleasant to deal with. The advertising and viewings are done quickly which really helps minimise the time the properties are vacant. Their application process also gives you a really good insight into who will be living in your property and I value the peice of mind I have knowing everything is compliant. Really recommend them.

On the few occasions she didn't have an immediate answer, she'd come back to me within the hour. Eventually found exactly what I was looking for, which I genuinely wasn't sure was going to happen at the start.

30th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I’ve been working with Streets Ahead for a number of years for lettings, and recently I had two properties become vacant within a short period, which was understandably stressful. I got in touch with my agent and worked closely with Scott, who acted quickly to find suitable tenants while meeting all my specific requirements. He also identified and suggested improvements to the properties that helped us turn them around efficiently. As a result, both properties were let quickly with minimal void periods. I gave Scott full responsibility for managing the process end-to-end, with minimal involvement from me, and he handled everything exceptionally well. Whenever I had any concerns, we discussed them openly and resolved them promptly. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant and professional working relationship.
