They restored our faith after we'd had a poor experience with another estate agent. Working with John Alan, we got clear-eyed valuation, proactive updates, suggested solutions, and all with a friendly and reliable service. We are beyond grateful to John and Dee for their commitment to our sale and highly recommend them, they are a cut above all other local estate agents. Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!

The team has been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress?free. Every question I had was answered clearly, and any concerns were handled quickly and with genuine care. The apartment was presented exactly as advertised, and the move?in process was organised with impressive efficiency. I truly feel supported as a tenant, and it’s clear they take pride in providing a reliable, high?quality service. I’m extremely satisfied and would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive estate agent.
27th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I would give 0 stars as as a temporary accommodation tenant that just moved in a couple a days ago who is also heavily pregnant and has two young children 1 having asthma,moved into a property with broken bed dirty beds broken fridge freezer ,house has a rodent infestation and smells of urine triggering son asthma, a few days and no clean beds or furniture yet this is not acceptable and I plan to take this further

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Alistair guided us through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Communication was always prompt and clear. They kept us informed every step of the way, coordinated seamlessly with the seller, solicitor, and mortgage advisor, and made sure deadlines were met without any stress on our end.

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
