I viewed a few properties with her and she was always professional, straightforward, and gave honest, helpful advice.<br><br>She was quick to respond, kept me updated, answered any questions I had, and made sure nothing was left outstanding. Overall, it felt well managed and much less stressful than I’d expected. I’d happily recommend them.

9th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)We recently rented property in Wapping through Peter (at Cluttons) and we were super impressed with his speed, efficiency, support and advice. The whole thing was completed in less than 3 weeks from first viewing! Highly recommend!

7th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!
29th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I bought a property through Allen Heritage and worked with Sally from the beginning who showed us various properties and eventually found one that we purchased. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

20th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I cannot tell you how grateful I am to all the staff at John Alexander, for their first class service and patience, especially with sorting out very difficult and long drawn out negotiations. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything has been handled correctly and that the resolution has been reached in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the very professional John Alexander staff in the future, having dealt with both Tiptree and Colchester offices. Everyone I have had dealings with in the company has been exemplary - well done, and thank you! ADDED COMMENT - March 2026 - A big thank you to all the staff at John Alexander for their continued patience for nearly another year - they had no problem selling my property, but were severely obstructed by events out of their control. Despite this, they pursued every angle to try to get the best conclusion for me. I am so grateful to them for handling everything in a professional and courteous manner. These people really do everything they can to help.
23rd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;
22nd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive to our needs and truly went above and beyond at every stage. When we experienced delays and poor communication from our conveyancer, Louis stepped in without hesitation, helping to move things forward and keep the transaction on track. His proactive approach made a real difference and significantly reduced what could have been a very stressful situation. What really stood out was how patient and supportive he was throughout the process. He always gave us the space to make decisions in our own time, and no question was ever too much trouble. The level of service we received was second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Louis and the team at Hindhead to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From organising the viewing promptly, to general responsiveness and assistance through this initial process which involves a lot of back and forth and additional bookings with surveyor, myself etc. The onboarding process and questionnaire was easy to navigate and respond to too. A special mention to Agent Ganesh, who was very professional, responsive, and helpful at every step. He explained everything clearly, arranged viewings promptly, and ensured the handover went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended.

Despite the situation not being their fault, they didn’t charge anything. I’m genuinely impressed and extremely pleased with their expertise and support.
