24th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I had a very positive experience with Sovereign House agency since the day I booked a viewing appointmnt to rent my current flat. Their team is consistently responsive, very professional and supportive; ensuring everything is handled smoothly. I would particularly like to mention “Jimmy Castle”, who was exceptionally helpful and approachable. He consistently was chasing up on the issue with my flat’s ceiling for almost 2months, to ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible, which I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend Sovereign House to anyone whois looking for a reliable service.

From the very beginning, he guided and supported us every step of the way. There were definitely some challenges along the road—ones that only Stuart and we truly understand—but he never gave up on us. His persistence, encouragement, and belief in us kept us going when things felt tough. Thanks to Stuart’s dedication and hard work, we were able to finally get everything over the line, complete the move, and settle into our new home. We’re so grateful for his support and couldn’t have done it without him. Highly recommend!

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

He was professional, responsive, and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. His calm and helpful approach made the experience much smoother, and we really appreciated his support. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone buying in the Medway area.

We were warmly welcomed by George, who took his time showing us around the property and explained every part of the process clearly and patiently. We loved the house straight away and submitted our offer immediately after the viewing. After that, Vicky became our main point of contact - and she was exceptional throughout. She guided us with expertise, answered all our queries promptly, and was always reassuring. We had a stressful moment when my parents’ flight from Dubai was rescheduled, meaning we had to adjust our exchange date. During that time, Vicky’s calm support and reassurance really helped put us at ease. I’d also like to give a special shout?out to Marjana and Debby for their wonderful customer service. Their friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help made the whole experience even smoother. My appreciation and thanks go to her, to Joyce Zheng for her tireless work dealing the tenants on moving in issues, and generally to Mark, Maria and the rest of the Benham & Reeves team for their attentive service.

He secured a great tenant for my flat, and completed all of the necessary checks / property preparations for me. I found the process much easier than using one of the well known large agencies in London (who I have had terrible experiences with in the past) - I’d highly recommend to others, and have already passed his details on to friends looking for an agent in London.

Props to Shaun, Edelyn and Joyce. They are highly recommended. If you're looking around this area, they are certainly the go-to letting agency.
