His knowledge of the local area, combined with his extensive experience with similar properties, gave us complete confidence that we were in safe hands.<br><br>He wasted no time in securing an offer for our property, and we completed the sale well within the national average timeframe. Throughout the entire process, Farooq was attentive, knowledgeable and always kept us informed.<br><br>I would highly recommend Farooq and Glen Hall to anyone looking to sell a property in the New Southgate or Arnos Grove area. An excellent service from start to finish!

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Having sold a house before, we were expecting the process to be a bit slower, but communication was good and things moved along smoothly. 18th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Johns&Co at London City Island. From our very first conversation, we made it explicitly clear that parking was a requirement for us. We were initially shown a property with parking, shown the parking area itself, and then shown another property which we were told also included parking. Based on those representations, we proceeded and had our offer accepted. Only later did we discover — via a WhatsApp message from the agent Katie — that the property did not in fact include parking and that we would need to rent a space separately. This was clearly material information and something we had specifically stated was essential to our purchase decision. We would never have proceeded had the correct information been provided from the outset. What made the situation worse was the handling afterwards. We were initially told compensation would be offered, but after querying the amount, the local manager Elliot called to say we would receive nothing because the issue had been discovered “early in the process” and he did not believe anyone had done anything wrong. The overall attitude felt dismissive and lacking in accountability. We were left having wasted significant time and effort progressing a purchase based on inaccurate information, and ultimately had no choice but to withdraw. Buyers should be very careful to independently verify all “confirmed” information provided during the sales process.

She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole purchasing process and played such a big part in helping us secure our dream property.<br><br>Helen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and was on hand to give really insightful advice throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier!<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful that Helen played a part in helping us get there!
5th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)I cannot praise MasonBryant highly enough!<br><br>When my flat purchase, which should have been quick and simple, became a very long and frustrating process due to some legal issues, the staff were really proactive in chasing solicitors and keeping me informed of any updates or delays.<br><br>As an independent company with excellent local knowledge, I would definitely recommend MasonBryant to anyone buying or selling in Pevensey Bay.

He has been involved from the outset, when he first showed us the flat, and has remained consistently engaged throughout, always included in communications and clearly overseeing matters with care and attention. The flat itself has also been excellent, which has made the whole experience all the more positive. Now, two years on, we’ve just completed an inspection with Mas, which was handled in a professional yet relaxed and friendly manner. It made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process feel straightforward and at ease. It was also striking that he remembered small personal details about us, from meeting family members to our hobbies, something that is quite rare and much appreciated. He has always been flexible with timings and accommodating of our work schedules, which made a real difference. The wider team have also been excellent, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience has been smooth and stress free, and we would highly recommend them.
