We initially worked with Priory to let our property. Deborah's attention to detail in keeping the property updated, well-maintained, and in top order gave us total peace of mind. The team consistently secured high-quality tenants and ensured the property was never left vacant.
When we decided to transition from letting to selling, the entire team, including Iwona, Jack, Katy, and Freya, were professional, helpful and always available. Navigating a house sale can be stressful, but they kept a level, reassuring head throughout the entire process, offering clear, expert advice and showing genuine care and consideration.
Whether you are a landlord looking for a team to manage your investment or a homeowner selling your property, I cannot recommend Priory highly enough. They consistently deliver, care deeply about their clients, and are a joy to work with!
12th Dec 2019 (6 years ago)I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!

He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude.
With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air.

Richard and Sophie have been fantastic throughout every step of the process. They have been constantly in touch with updates and advice on how best to proceed which has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Robsons to anyone looking to sell a property and if you've found a property that Robsons are listing then you're very lucky!

Hawke and Metcalfe - I should really say Geoff & Nick have been brilliant. The market is not that fantastic atm, Geoff and Nick guided us through the tough stages with great knowledge and advice. they are local, independent, good value and know exactly what they are doing.
I thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling in the area.
20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out.
He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care!
Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help.
Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!
1st Jun 2026 (23 weeks ago)We recently viewed a property in Southmoor which we really loved, fully aware it required a significant amount of work. We initially offered £378,000, and Graham contacted us to push £380,000, suggesting we increase our offer to secure the property. Reluctantly, we agreed as we didn’t want to lose it. Given the age of the property (1960s), we arranged a survey, which highlighted several issues. As a result, we submitted a revised offer to reflect the additional work required. Around the same time, we revisited the property and noticed that three fence panels were down, including one on our side. When I raised this with Graham, his response was dismissive, describing it as “only cosmetic,” which felt inappropriate given the rising cost of materials and repairs. Throughout the process, Graham’s attitude came across as dismissive and, at times, rude. Communication lacked professionalism, and we often felt our concerns were being minimised. We later received an email stating that the beneficiary’s husband, who is apparently a builder of 45 years, had dismissed the issues raised in the survey. This response felt unconstructive and contradictory, particularly as relatively minor issues like the fencing had not been addressed. Overall, the process raised multiple red flags, both in terms of communication and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience has been negative, and we would not feel confident dealing with this estate agent again and I would recommend other people to be aware of them.

Their communication was great and there was no BS during the whole process.

17th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.
