8th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)I rented a flat with Home Fullstop whilst I was a master’s student at Imperial. The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

23rd May 2019 (7 years ago)Lived in property of which Devonshire estate agents were who we came to instead of landlord for help. Would not recommend to anyone. Very quick to take money for fees and rent but that’s all. Complained for months and nothing ever got resolved. Very unhappy with their service

I’ve been very impressed with Natalie’s selling ability when she was showcasing our flat at the very beginning, very knowledgeable, confident and entertaining which I very much enjoyed during the viewing! Both Natalie Stephens and Pippa Hare helped us a lot with all paperwork and administrative processes, updating and guiding us through every step of the way until completion. I wholeheartedly appreciate everything that they've done for us! THANK YOU! Totally recommend!
2nd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I have recently purchased a detached bungalow at Winchmore Hill from Fullers. I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.
30th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT SELLING A BUSINESS through them. They are dis-honest crooks using their small print to screw people. It's very clear from what they say and how they say it- that they do this to people all the time. During the dispute, every email comes back with a copy of the contract - with a cocky tone reinforcing their position, Whilst avoiding answering questions. Also, value your business yourself. They paint business of a similar nature with the same brush, without any regard for its added value. Like selling a car with lots of extras, low mileage and only 1 owner, for the same price as a car in much worse condition but with the same year of registration. They value it for a quick sale, but if your business is like mine, you can't build it for the price they want to sell it for - so where is the reward for goodwill? Take my advice and Market the business yourself, you will not regret it. I received a lot of solid leads from my adverts and Gilbert & Rose hadn't even arranged 1 solid lead in the same time period. You will be faced with some time wasters, but it's nothing a 5min call with them won't flag up, especially before wasting time on in-person meetings. If you sign up to any agency, make sure you pay the multi-agency fee in advance, and get a lawyer to read the contract. DON'T Risk sole agency, and don't believe them if they tell you that you can switch. That's what Gilbert & Rose have done to me. Pushed me into signing quickly, and assuring me I could switch. They then sat back and did nothing, and when i got pro-active, they want a piece of the cake. After notifying them I found someone thats shown interest - they notified me that if the deal goes through, they want their FULL commission, (for doing nothing!), even when I could prove without doubt that the lead could never have been generated from their advert. I'm now forced not to do a deal and I have to wait for them to find a buyer in 3 months, which will be a miracle if it happens, or wait for their contract to expire and re-market myself at an additional cost. Read online reviews and blogs about using business agents, they are not regulated and there are numerous complaints on how they have screwed over hard working people.
26th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. I chose them because of the help I had received in the previous year or so, answering emails, providing a valuation (for free) - and they did not let me down. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Selling a house is a really stressful process; doing it because the owner has dementia and cannot live alone is infinitely more stressful and difficult. The Fisher German team did whatever they could to make it bearable. Thank you Matt, Nicola and the rest of the team

20th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I recently viewed a property I was very interested in and made it clear I wanted to put in an offer and in a chain-free position. Despite this, the agent sold to a buyer involved in a chain. When I asked whether it would have been better for their vendor to receive multiple offers, I was told “of course we will take two sales over one.” When that sale later fell through and the property came back to market, I was contacted to view again. Unfortunately, the exact same situation occurred again. I was apprehensive to move forward given the previous time and again, whilst in discussion with the agent, not given a fair opportunity to put in an offer, while the agent managed to reconnect the chain. I understand that the market is difficult, but prioritising an internal double-deal over the vendor’s best interests feels deeply underhand. If I were the seller, I would be furious to learn this was happening. On a separate note, I was taken aback by the line of questioning I received during the viewing. Being quizzed about my age and affordability, along with comments like I “only look about 15”, came across as unprofessional and demeaning. It left me feeling uncomfortable and put me off wanting to view further properties with this agent.
28th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)My experience with John Edwards was excellent. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know in great detail and made sure I understood what he was saying. His local knowledge of the area was second to none! He is always On the end of the phone to amount concerns or queries I had. Best of all, he sold the house in very quick time. I would thoroughly recommend him.

10th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)The property didn’t sell. The asking price was high to start with, but I admired their ambition. The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.

They have always been professional, responsive, and ready to help whenever I’ve needed anything.<br><br>In particular, Jen has been absolutely amazing. She has handled all of my queries and any issues that have come up with so much care, patience, and professionalism. She’s always approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely goes out of her way to make sure everything is sorted.<br><br>Having someone so reliable and helpful makes such a difference as a tenant, and I really appreciate all the support Jen has given me. After a let down from another property pulling out of the sale we found our new property and contacted Danny right away. Danny was very helpful and our sellers were very accommodating in getting a viewing that same day we contacted them. All throughout the process of this purchase Danny has only ever been a message or call away eager to help resolve queries. We would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy a house in the Canterbury area.

We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff .
