If there is any issues they will look into it and give you their best support. Have rented all my properties only with Select in the past 15 years. Thank you Guys for making me feel happy to rent out your available properties.

Their professionalism, and persistence really stood out from the start. They were proactive throughout the process and communicated brilliantly, keeping me fully informed at every stage.
What impressed me most was their integrity and the way the whole team worked seamlessly together—everyone was up to date and clearly invested in achieving the best outcome.
Their deep knowledge of the local area, combined with a strong understanding of current market conditions, gave me real confidence in their guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

26th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything.
The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge.
I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own.
As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted.
Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed.

23rd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We are writing to share our deeply disappointing experience while interacting with someone in this agency egarding the property in Northfields/Ealing. ( I do not want to give the name of the agent but internal people will know) As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home is already quite daunting. We were hoping for a professional who could guide us, or at the very least, treat us with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.
From the outset, communication was extremely difficult. Our emails were ignored altogether. This lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like our interest was not valued.
Furthermore, when we did manage to communicate, this agent's attitude was consistently dismissive and snobbish. Before even discussing our financial position, we were met with comments implying the property was "not for us" and condescending questions like, "Well, do you even have a budget for this?" This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We felt pre-judged and belittled simply for wanting to view a property. We found a property we wanted and purchased it via another estate agent but want to address this now to ensure future clients, especially first-time buyers, receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We chose Signature Estates in Bovingdon and we are so happy we did. They were so helpful from start to finish, in a truly difficult market. Once we had accepted an offer, Craig, Emma and Harry were all so helpful at talking us through all the stages, liaising with solicitors and the estate agents of the house we were buying. Any questions or queries, they were ready with answers. Plus they are all very friendly and easy to get along with. Couldn't have done it without them.
