I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.

Jan has acted for us on the sale of our properties over the years but this particular sale was a very difficult and emotional time for our family. From the moment Jan walked through the door, she was so caring, considerate and compassionate, whilst always remaining professional.
JH Homes found us a buyer very quickly and the whole process proceeded smoothly and swiftly through to completion. The service from start to finish was exceptional with Sue handling the sale and Christine keeping everything moving with her excellent sales chasing.
We genuinely cannot fault the service we received. Jan’s compassion and empathy meant so much to us during what was a particularly difficult time and we will always be grateful for the care and understanding shown to us.

1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)When I requested information regarding about some rental properties it kept coming back with an error. The requests must have sent and I had a patronising email back saying ‘thank you for your numerous enquiries’. I let that slide by and tried to get a viewing, which took ages for a response. I was working away on the days they requested, I asked for any other dates, received zero response. I emailed a week after asking again for alternative dates with zero response.
