Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

We really felt taken care of and not in any kind of game like some estate agents can make you feel. Aleksandra was just a delight to work with from start to end. Highly recommend her service.
14th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I booked a viewing for Tuesday 10/01 at 2pm and the agent didn’t show up, I tried to call many times the office and nobody answered so after 15 minutes I left. The following day they apologised saying that who was supposed to show us the property was sick and they rearranged the viewing for today, Saturday 14/01 at 11am. Well, we are here now and yet again nobody showed up. I called the office and the guy who was supposed to show us the property today picked up and said that he wasn’t aware that there was a viewing rearrange for today and “he just saw the diary”. And then added that “to me my health is more important than your viewing”. (How rude by the way?!)Probably it is, but at least your office should have the courtesy to let us know rather than make us waiting. And if you re arrange a viewing and you don’t show up for the second time, well I wonder how your landlords can trust you to rent their properties. … without mentioning that on both days and appointments it was poring rain and my health is important as his health, thanks for letting me wait in the wet and cold weather. Ridiculous.

5th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)My experience with Nathan Andrews Agency has been nothing short of exceptional, right from the very beginning of my tenancy. They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. If you’re looking for a real estate agency in London that actually cares about its clients, Nathan Andrews Agency is the one to go with. Highly recommended!
24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
12th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)We rented an apartment through Johns & Co at approximately £5,500 per month, with our tenancy handled by Ralph. Unfortunately, the start of the tenancy was extremely disappointing and far below the standard one would reasonably expect at this price level. During the first week we encountered a number of serious issues. The property had not been properly prepared at move-in, the fire alarms were not functioning initially, and a malfunctioning door lock resulted in my mother being unable to exit the property for an extended period. In addition, we experienced no heating for around five days, no hot water or proper shower for approximately six days, and the fridge remained non-functional for more than a week, meaning we were unable to store food. There were also other faults including leaks and malfunctioning appliances. What was particularly concerning was the slow response to these issues. Despite the number of problems, no one from the agency attended the property to assess the situation in person, and communication largely consisted of messages while repairs were arranged gradually over time. While some issues were eventually addressed, the overall experience during the first week of the tenancy caused significant disruption and was not consistent with the expectations for a property marketed as a premium apartment.

From arranging viewings through to legals and exchange it was all so smooth. The response time was always fast and any questions we had they were able to answer. Who knew an agent based in Devon would be much better than the ones inn London ! Thank you to John and Susan for making this move so easy !

26th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.

Buying a property for the first time can feel overwhelming, but the team ensured we always understood what stage we were at and what to expect next. They were generous with practical advice and helpful tips throughout the process, which made a significant difference to our confidence and peace of mind.<br><br>Thomas, in particular, was outstanding. He was consistently friendly, approachable, and highly responsive. What impressed us most was his willingness to go above and beyond his formal remit. Despite representing the seller, he regularly checked in with us, helped chase updates from our solicitors, and looked for ways to reduce delays and ease pressure wherever possible. Got me through the mud of the house buying process and was very helpful with advise! Was friendly and personal, but kept it professional. Would highly recommend!

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service.
