16th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Had a fantastic experience from this agency (Ola) both from the landlord and tenant side. I noticed Ola treats her tenants very professionally and gives valueable advice to all. I will always use this agency and will recommend highly to all compared to other agencies I have used in the past.
10th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I've been letting my flat through Comber for more than 15 years and never been anything other than fully satisfied with the service. As well as finding suitable tenants very quickly (I suspect their deep knowledge of the area makes them the go-to agency in Blackheath), they regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and are very quick to let me know if they are made aware of any problems between inspections so that I can resolve them quickly. They have a small army of trusted contractors for repairs and essential maintenance, which is a great help for me as a landlord and good for the tenants as they know their concerns will be dealt with quickly and thoroughly. It's a very personal service - even the company's founder will often get personally involved - and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the Blackheath area.

20th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)From day 1, Kalpesh gave me the assurance that a first time landlord would need, he was a confident, knowledgable and friendly agent that I turned down offers from the other agents without hesitation. The whole process of finishing tenants, referencing and check in took less than two weeks and while I was travelling! The buyers that we had lined up for us were all interested in buying the property, but typical of today, not many had there houses on the market, but not a load of time wasters that I had with other agents in the past. Would highly recommend them,
