19th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)I’ve had mixed experiences with this agency. Garry seems like a genuinely nice guy, but I’ve often had to chase for replies. Emails sometimes go unanswered, and when calling about a property, my details weren’t taken, so I wasn’t sure how seriously the enquiry was being handled. A bit more responsiveness and simple confirmations of received messages would make a big difference to customer confidence. The company names Essex Prime Residential and Surrey Prime Residential also caused a bit of confusion, as they appear to be the same business. Overall, there’s potential here, but they do need to tighten up communication. If I use this agent again in the future and see improvements, I’ll happily update my review.
