Used these guys to rent a flat in Surbiton - a quick and painless ordeal, everything was fine except Isaac who was EXCEPTIONAL. I'd give 6 out of 5 stars if I could but I can't because Google are fascists.

A friend of mine had used these estate agent, and was done over when it came to the inventory leaving the property, when they moved in it was one page long, and then when they moved out it was thirty pages long, and i feel the decision they made with the landlord was deceptive and a team effort and my friends had been in the property for over four years so a bit of wear and tear which is normal
the inventory company works in the estate agents favor never the tenants!!!!!
My property is currently rented though another agent with whom I'm unhappy with. I called Barnard Marcus to get some advise and to see if I could switch agents, I found Natalie the Lettings manager extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable.
As soon as my current tenancy is over I will be going to her with my property.

I made an offer via email of a property in New Malden with this branch with agent Jake Harvey . He called me after my first offer rejected by vendor, he was so rude and aggressive and was telling me i had redicoules offer and wasting his time , I was in shock , so rude and unprofessional and impolite agent I have ever seen .
During our recent property purchase my partner and I found Curchods to be reliable and effective, always providing current information and chasing the other members of the chain where required. I have no hesitation in recommending Curchods to others and would look to use them in the future should we ever sell our newly purchased property.
Worst ever agency!! Do not go there. Very unprofessional in dealing with tenants. The team I had deal with in 2012 was horrible. I had to ask for all the payment receipts, all documentation for the property. They were not at all helpful. NO wonder the team was completely replaced. The new team may be better, but I would certainly not go to them again ever.
Rented a property in 2012 and left it last month. The parent company "Countrywide" still squabbling about the deposit. Taking ages to return the deposit even after given all information to them. Agh! so frustrating.
My experiences with Greenfields have always been professional, courteous and extremely satisfactory and I would, and have, recommended them to friends and associates.
Their property management arm is diabolical. They have no accountability, didn't return my calls and employ incompetent contractors to undertake works. The costs to enter and renew my contract appeared excessive for the required work; however the costs were probably in line with other suppliers.
