It has been great dealing with a group of Professionals in Knight Frank, Richmond office.
My main contact person is Peter Norgrove whose friendliness, experience and knowledge of the market in Richmond as well as perseverence and his regular update on the market situation give me the confidence to believe that an equitable deal can and has been achieved.
Peter is ably supported by charming Monique Jones, the Office Manager and the very helpful Hannah Bentley, an Associate.
Thank you my Friends and I wish you all well in your lovely new office.
With best regards from Beng and Sigrid Yap, Singapore.

After having seen something like 60 flats with other agents I finally got to the point with Knight Frank as I they understood my needs and did not waste my time visiting other random properties. This was great!...
On the other hand... the aftermath was quite painful/annoying unfortunately.
The information received from the Agency revealed to be really imprecise on some aspects of the technical features of the flat (even though reportedly passed by their clients), definitely demonstrating some quite shallow technical knowledge which one would not expect from a name as Knight Frank.
Lauristons (specifically Polly Laker) has been absolutely fantastic to us! From carefully selecting properties that closely match our needs to ferrying us around in her car between viewings, and even helping us manage our energetic two-year old toddler as we viewed houses - Polly went the extra mile to help us find our dream home. We would highly recommend Lauristons for their highly professional and extremely helpful staff to anyone looking for support on their property search. Anant and Soledad
Terrible management skills and completely disorganized. I will never recommend this place to landlords or tennants. They are a waste of space
Just wanted to thank Joe (Holgate) for all his help finding us a new home. From the start he was friendly and helpful - driving us to potential and appropriate vacancies. Afterwards he was quick to respond and was almost always contactable and if not ensured he followed up.
He did a good job of liaising with the landlord for us especially when things weren't going smoothly and has still been extremely helpful with management of the property even though the tenancy has been signed!
Highly recommend you ask for him if you want a friendly and keen estate agent.
My partner and I had a fantastic experience with KFH Putney. We were shown some seriously amazing properties and would have been happy with any of them, but were especially lucky with our current flat. The entire process is incredibly well organised and the team are all very good at what they do. A very big, and especially appreciative shout out to Jay who we cannot say enough good things about! Amazing to work with, very easy to talk to and all in all the best letting agent we've met to date! Thanks ever so much Jay :)
I had complete confidence in Ross Jordan at KFH Kingston - his knowledge of his business and his management skills. The service we received was first class. Throughout the selling process Ross managed everything for us, guiding us with our obligations; and his best advice where we had options. His judgement was good and he gave his opinion only when asked for it.He explained everything clearly; answered all emails and phone calls promptly and was always on top of our case. He was invariably friendly and approachable while being business-like at all times. Importantly, I thought he managed the sale to the benefit of both us and our buyer so that the process ran smoothly for a successful sale for all concerned. Thank you!
The agents (both in Lettings and sales) are rude and arrogant. My 80 year old frail mum who was buying a flat in Kingston with KFH in July was treated in a deplorable way. The lady dealing with the sale (Ashliegh) was not present so the others around just left her begging for a ride to the property as she didn't know the bus route and the surveyor was waiting for her at the property. She instead came to kfh and begged them for a ride to the property. I would not recommend this agent to anyone. They lack simple courtesy and humanity! I called to complain and was told the agent who was the rudest to her behaved in that way because he was already on a termination notice. There are many other good agents around, please steer clear of this one.
I’m thoroughly delighted with Laurels from a buyer perspective. Both Sam and Giorgia were so accommodating and kept in regular contact. They were friendly, helpful and made the experience really pleasant.
Thank you :)
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
