Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

We got a handful of valuations from local agents, but Katie stood out from the rest - she was enthusiastic about selling our home, responsive to any queries and confident she could get a good price for us. We had lots of viewings and received feedback from each one. Nick and Esme were great at showing buyers around. Once we went under offer, we worked with Tamsin, who was also fantastic. 28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

Foxtons was down to earth and practical at all times, understood the psychology of potential buyers as a group and gave optimal advise. I believe we got the best price we were likely to get.
