The valuation service and dedicated move-management support are particularly useful, as having someone guide the process from offer through to completion can make a property move much easier. I also like the balance between face-to-face service at the local branch and wider customer support. Overall, they come across as an experienced and well-organised estate agency with a genuine understanding of the Portsmouth market.

10th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Jordan Nicholas has been absolutely brilliant since we first bought our house 7 years ago, we completed our intial mortgage with her and 2 remortgages since, the last one completed last week.<br>Jordan makes everything so easy, throughly explains every step and process that needs to be completed and works with you to find the best options to suit your needs. What can seem like a quite daunting process is made so much easier and any questions or queries i may of had during the process were answered straight away.
3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend

23rd Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Martin & Co have been fantastic during this current tenancy, we’ve been through a handful of estate agents over the years and none have been better than these guys, specifically Hayley and Cara.<br><br>Probably the only estate agents who pick up the phone on the first ring, and definitely, in my experience, the only ones who have genuinely cared.<br><br>Always incredibly prompt in arranging for issues to be fixed as and when they sporadically arise, very personable and relatable people, which makes everything just that bit easier when they do.<br><br>Many thanks to all the team!<br><br>Jack

8th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
