16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

15th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Michael from Charles Harding managed to sell our house in 3 weeks time while other agent struggled for 12 weeks. Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very little communication. Took 2 weeks before a for sale board was erected. Property particulars were wrong. They told us that we had not been very accommodating to allow people to view. There were no viewers!

16th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

Cooper and Tanner found us fabulous tenants and we continued to rent through them until December 2025 when our tenants left and we placed our property on the market for sale through them. As a letting and estate agent they were always very professional, helpful, communicative and we are delighted to recommend them to others. We are particularly grateful to Caroline, our letting agent and Christopher, the manager, who dealt with our property sale. I should add all this was done from a great distance as we live permanently in the US.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. If your in need of an Estate Agent you couldn't be in better hands will without doubt use them if we ever move. Thank you for everything ????
