Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.
16th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. After 14 viewings we have managed to sell but at a price that is £60,000.00 under the original asking price due to the drop in overall property prices in the area.

His knowledge is impeccable, he always tries to find the right products for his clients and it truly feels personal centred. He went above and beyond and very happy I have him moving forward, he is a credit to Connells. He kept me updated throughout the whole procedure and was always happy to answer my silly questions and made me feel valued. Very very happy.

Kerry and Scott were always very responsive to emails and keeping us updated of what was going on. We actually viewed a house with Kerry while house hunting and she was so energetic and knew all the best features of the house that she showed them all off to us, she clearly enjoys her job and has a genuine love for what she does, so we were confident she was giving 110% with viewings on our property! We would definitely use them again! Thank you Kerry and Scott ??

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. If your in need of an Estate Agent you couldn't be in better hands will without doubt use them if we ever move. Thank you for everything ????
