Alex was easy to arrange the appointment with, and she was friendly, compassionate and professional throughout. She made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the agency.

Our house was on the market for almost a year (with a short break) with another agent, we then put it on with Syd and we had multiple viewings and offers within a couple of weeks. Instead of just waiting for enquiries, we felt that RA Bennett were proactive and would actively sell our house to potential buyers that hadn’t specifically enquired about our property. We were really impressed with the communication to keep us in the loop, and viewing feedback was provided on the same day, or next day. They were all super helpful throughout the entire process, especially Syd, Mia and Naomi.

2nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)From our initial valuation Peter was very knowledgeable about the local market, and gave me a fair and representative valuation of my home. All staff are extremely responsive, and gave an immediate response to any queries raised. Every 'phone call or email was responded to, and if needed action was taken. Scarlett attended appointments with interested clients and was friendly and professional throughout. She put together a really lovely social media video to advertise my home, on top of usual advertising. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way by Amanda and Amie. I would recommend Seasons Estate Agents in Looe. They have been friendly, respectful and professional throughout the process of selling my home.

Due to this, the whole experience proceeded smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her throughout.<br>Nothing was ever too much trouble and she guided me through the lease process displaying both patience and kindness throughout.<br>I had heard from others in the past that Symonds and Sampson are an excellent company to deal with and now having dealt with them personally - I would 100% agree.<br>If I could give them 6 stars, I would say,, in particular, Annie was absolutely fantastic from start to conclusion. It was my first mortgage as a single applicant and he made every process stress free and easy. His knowledge is impeccable, he always tries to find the right products for his clients and it truly feels personal centred. He went above and beyond and very happy I have him moving forward, he is a credit to Connells. He kept me updated throughout the whole procedure and was always happy to answer my silly questions and made me feel valued. Very very happy.
