Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)My sister and I instructed Murrays estate agents in Stroud to deal with the sale of my late mother’s house and were very pleased with their highly efficient service. Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Not brilliant at updates. Property sold within 3 days so maybe undervalued? All solicitor recommended by them turned out to be on line from wales so very difficult for updates. Money kept back without clear reasons why although eventually paid

6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

18th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Like Gloucester city homes they are implementing (VFM) Value for money procedures, meaning all sevices including Maintenance, ASB and other services, have been cut back drastically in the last 10 hrs, this is to gain a high V rating.<br><br>I would advise anyone with issues to collate and photo the problems as evidence, then send it to the REGULATOR OF SOCIAL HOUSING.<br><br>These housing associations are actually breaking the strict rules set by the REGULATOR.
